Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You can cancel or change your appointment for free up to 24 hours before it starts. If you don’t cancel and miss the appointment, it’s a "No-Show" and you may be charged 20-100% of the service price. Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment still follow this policy. We send confirmation messages by SMS and email 48 hours before using the contact details you gave. Effective December 1, 2022.
